Employability Skills known as the transferable skills needed to make girls and young women ‘employable. Girls are taught skills we believe will equip them to carry out their role as employees to the best of their ability. For us at Girls Education Mission International, our employability skills approach depends on  girls knowledge, skills, and attitudes and how they can use those assets, and how to present them to employers.
